Younicycle is actively developed Monday - Friday, year round.
Development for either the Online Designer GYRE, Table Editor or Query Builder is reserved for Younicycle staff as each is a part of a separate, commercial product. If you have specific requests for additional capabilities or Tools for your own installation - please contact us and provide descriptive details.
Our hourly rate for 'plug-in' enhancements for the GYRE, Table Editor or Query Builder is $25 per hour. If your 'plug-in' is particularly useful and desired by a wider audience, you may choose to sell it via the Younicycle Shop (coming soon). Younicycle retains a small fee from each sale. The rest would be yours.
The remainder of Younicycle is available under the GPL. You may 'hack' it as defined in the language of that license - or hire your own developer - or request assistance from a staff member at Younicycle. Once again, the rate for any customization provided by Younicycle staff is $30 per hour. Younicycle maintains the code - and continues to improve functionality, while striving to keep it current with other Packages. SVN is available for those that choose to remain current.
