Web System Upgrade, Downgrade, Renew

Upgrade, Downgrade or Renew a Web System Account

To upgrade, downgrade or renew your account, submit your request using our upgrade form. The upgrade form (also used for downgrade & renew) automatically appears when trying to login to an expired account.  Click the Green 'Upgrade Button'.   It can also can be reached by clicking on the Upgrade link located at the top right corner of the window:

Account Upgrade

This form can be used for:

  • upgrading from a Free plan to a Paid plan
  • upgrading from plans with fewer features to plans with more features
  • upgrading from a monthly subscription to a yearly subscription (and vice versa)
  • downgrading a plan to one with fewer features (if possible)
  • increasing or decreasing the number of users and/or storage in an existing plan

When upgrading an account from a Free plan to a Paid plan, a recurring payment (subscription) will automatically be created.

Note that the Pro Developer Plan has been renamed to the Web Cruiser Plan.

Account Upgrade

 

If monthly traffic has been exceeded, an additional form will appear after logging into your account. This form provides detailed information on traffic consumed during the last month.


You will need to upgrade your available traffic.
