Web System Report Schedule

Report generation is a resource-intensive process. In order to avoid overloading the server, Younicycle created a queue of generation, containing newly created and scheduled reports. Generator gets reports from the queue one by one, thus at any moment only one report is generated.

You can manage the report generation schedule if PDF or HTML format is selected. The available options are:

1. Now - report will be immediately placed in the queue.
2. Daily - report will be placed in the queue daily at the specified time.
3. Weekly - report will be placed in the queue weekly on the specified day and time.
4. Monthly - report will be placed in the queue each month at the specified date and time.

Attenttion! The specified time is the time when your report will be placed in the queue. Processing time depends on the state of the queue.

Also, when creating a report, you can e-mail a copy of the report after specifying a valid e-mail address(es).

List of reports consists of three parts. Generated reports are listed at the top. To download or view the report, move the mouse pointer over the report name and select Download or View from the menu. Current jobs, the generation queue is located under the list of reports. It contains the reports that are either waiting to be generated or are in the process of generation. At the very bottom is the generation schedule.

To temporarily unschedule a particular report, you must disable flag Enabled, located in the first column of the list, next to the name of the report. To delete a report from the schedule, click button, located in the column Actions.
