Web System Publish

To run  the Publish wizard select Tools -> Publish Site from the main menu. The Publish Wizard interface consists of two main elements - site selection and the publish method. To select the site use the Select Site drop-down.

There are four methods for publishing sites:

1. Link domain
2. Download static site
3. HTML embedding
4. Download all sites

Publish methods

This method allows you to link a domain name to a site created in Younicycle. It is assumed that the domain name is already registered (it can be done by any domain names registrar). The registrar must prescribe the IP address of the domain name (64.203.64.200), or address DNS-server:

• Nameserver 1: ns.younicycle.com (64.203.64.200)
• Nameserver 2: ns1.younicycle.com (64.203.68.233)

In the latter case you should contact the younicycle.com server administrator (see «Need help?»), to add a new domain in the domain names database.
Then, in the Publish wizard, fill in the field "Add new domain" to add the domain to Younicycle.

This method allows you to download a site in a zip-archive. All pages (html files), images, styles and java-scripts will be included in the archive.

Warning! If your site works with actions and/or data sources, the downloaded site will lose this functionality.

This will generate special HTML-code for each page. Then you can insert it into another HTML-document.

HTML embedding

In contrast with Download site method, this method allows you to download all sites from your account, including actions and database. Also it will include a yc-framework that is used to render site.

This method can be used to move site with all its functionality to a dedicated server, not connected with YC core.
