Account - Add User
In order to be able to Add a User, you will need to a member of a Role that allows you to Add a User. The Default Role incudes this Privilege, which is: + Account->Add User
Referencing the image below:- Login (required).  Once added - Login cannot be changed, even by the Admin.- Password (required).  This can be changed.  See Change Personal Password (left).- First name & Last Name (required)- E-mail (required).  If you enter a fictitious email address and one of your users cannot login, (forgot their password) then they are stuck -- and will point their finger at you.  The automatic retrieval system will not work unless they know Account and Login.

If the Role you want for this User has already been created, you can Grant the Role using this Drop down.
The term 'multiple sessions' means > 1 person can login using the same login and password.
