Account: Manage Users
When you click on 'Manage Users' a list of your Users will appear with their Login and Name.
The columns of Icons underneath Actions - when clicked - will take you to other screens to either View information about that User or to Edit information about that User.
Once again, we'll add the Role cavaet: If you are not part of Role that has this Privilege, you would never be able to Access this screen - and - there would not even be an item for "Manage Users" within the Drop down list.
Click the GREY buttons # 2 and #3 to see the Actions for View User and Edit User.

Even the Admin does not have access to or is allowed to view individual user passwords. Since the Account below is 'live', the login and user names have been filled with green.
Only hit the red X if you want to delete that user.
