Account: Manage Users - Edit User
Click the small Pencil (Actions) under # 2 and the screen "Account >> Edit User" will open (see below). So Manage User has 3 'buttons' that allow additional functionality.

"Account >> Edit User" allows you to Edit that specific User.
Notice that this screen is very similar to "Add User".
Click Change -- which is actually an 'Update' within the underlying Database. When you do, you will get a Javascript message indicating it was updated.
