You've probably noticed by now that the Toolbar is on the left and the Properties palette to the right (not shown in image).  Both palettes float and can be rearranged in your Workspace.  If you have a small monitor, you may find it convenient to drag the Properties palette to the top.When you first begin, you may want to 'stay simple' using fillers and text.
With a bit of practice, you'll make respectable looking pages with very little effort.
Notice the links on the left are loaded via the previously created Theme.  Since they are not 'really on' this page -- you can't Edit them.  This is good - as you won't accidentally move them to an incorrect position.
We just clicked the Image Tool on the Toolbar - and all the images in the Account have loaded. We selected the Red arrow you see below.
Here's that Red Arrow we mentioned above.  Right click it and you'll see it is a separate image.
