It does not take very long to create many files.  We used a Younicycle account to create this tutorial and -  there are > 500 objects within our Account.  The Project Manager can help us get - and stay - organized.
Managing the assets (objects) in your Account can help you be more efficient.  If you have ever temporarily 'lost' your car keys or eyeglasses, this Tool is for you.
-------- Functionality key -------Many open an additional dialog
1 - When clicked, opens another dialog that displays all Folders & allows you to set the Home Folder2 - Navigate through your HRCS Tree.3- Show all objects or only category of      Object - Tables as an example.4 - Preview as Thumbnail or List View5 - Select the # of Objects per page.        (Note we altered the actual image.)6 - Sort by Name, Type or last Updated
Note that each User will have their own Home Folder.
